As a mom, I knew I would say one day, “Time had flown by.” I never imagined it would be this soon. Maybe it was Eden’s recent birthday, maybe it was because I just looked at a bunch of her newborn photos, maybe it is because she is growing at a speed I can not yet grasp, but whatever the cause, I can’t believe how grown up she is. My beautiful baby Eden is a year; she’s walking, babbling, feeding herself, climbing up onto everything, throwing toys into the toilet, drinking from a big girl cup and learning new things everyday. I wasn’t ready for this to happen so fast.

Rachel, she looks just like you! Well, maybe she has a little bit of Wade thrown in, but I can really see you in her more than I could before. She’s so cute, especially in the pictures when her eyes are so big. I spent about an hour looking at past pictures tonight because I got behind. I guess I have just been so busy, but I can’t wait to see her in person in a few weeks. I know I missed her birthday, but I have a gift for her when you guys come into town. I

She is working on Ssssandy. She can do the ssss sound when she is in the mood. It just depends on whether or not she is feeling like showing off for us. It’s pretty cute. Hopefully she will do it for you when we see you in a couple weeks.
